Lost a little, but I think it's water weight. Started a little exercise. I can only do 7 situps in a row.
Walked for 10 minutes yesterday. Got some healthy food at the store. Need some Green Bags. They really do keep your veggies fresh longer. Giving away my Fry Daddy to my sister. Going 2 the chiropractor and massage therapist today, so the back pain won't keep me from exercising. The trouble is finding time to exercise.
