so I joined a gym and go almost every day. working with a personal trainer there, started twice a week for a month now at once a week. I do 15 to 40 minutes on reclining bike due to hip problems that's the only aerobics machine I can use without pain. doing weights each visit too. Still not seeing a difference so it's hard to stay on this plan. I don't know how others do it. results are not seen right away so not sure how everyone else keeps doing it. It's hard not ever eating anything normal like other people around you.
