Why is this so hard?

Tuesday, November 15, 2011

It's crazy how we can be on a plan for so long and still manage to fall off even if it's working. I was so happy this Summer because I was eating great and walking 3.25 miles a day. The first day I stopped I stopped everything and quickly slipped back into old habits. It didn't help that my daughter started kindergarten, but I can't blame it on her. LOL!
Anyways, I've missed all of you, I'm ready to get going again. I'm trying a gluten-free diet with a friend who was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease and has no other choice. I've always wanted to try it and I can use any inspiration I can get. I'm excited to get back in the swings of things and get caught up on how all of you have been doing.
