Eating out we don't really know what is in the food - innocent dish can be a really unhealthy.. A healthy loss is max 1-2lbs weekly, keep the expectations real to avoid disappointment.. xx Red 2016 days ago
Thanks, Donna. Your comment was very encouraging. I didn't even think about retaining water due to salt intake. I'm sure that I ate a lot more than usual because of dining out. I am going to get right back on track tomorrow! :) 2016 days ago
Everyone has a weekend like this once in a while. I doubt if you really gained 2.2 lbs. of actual fat. Maybe you are retaining water because you ate too much salt, or some kind of thing like that. Just hang in there and take one baby step at a time. The weight loss will continue. 2016 days ago
