Week one is behind me and I am chalking it up for a successful week!!!
1.) Log in daily to SP to stay motivated. Even logged food and exercise.
2.) Drink 8 cups of water each day and absolutely no soda.
3.) Food - If God didn't make it, I'm not eating it. Bringing the veggies and fruits back :)
4.) Exercise - Monday: Turbo Kickboxing, Tuesday - 2 miles on Treadmill, Abs, and Cycling, Wednesday: Did 50 pushups and 50 crunches, Thursday: None, Friday: Zumba and Abs, Saturday: Body Pump
Results - Lost 1 lb. and 14 oz./2 oz. and 8 lbs. to go to Reach my first goal.
Although it wasn't much on the scale, I must say I wasn't disgusted today when I saw myself in the mirrors that surrounded me in the gym. I'm starting to tone up...and, I look forward to what week two is going to bring!!!!
