Hey, Good luck with your day one! I am just the same (although without the kids!) i mean keep going off track and then starting again. It can get frustrating but least you are not giving up! having day 1s is better than none and i am sure if you add them all up you will have quite a few good days! just moving on to being consitent thats all. If you need any support etc we are all here and if you need a chat or a kick up the butt then give me a shout! By the way you look good for having four kids shocked when you said that!

I know how you feel. Life sometimes has you in a rut. But only you can get yourself out of it. Give yourself some "U" time. and change what you don't like. Just think tomorrow is day 2... You can make it better. set some goals for yourself. I find not to put my goal way to far . 10 or 20 pounds at a time. The journey does't feel as far. 1748 days ago
