Yes, I am in #4 of the Lifestyle Change strategy.
My trouble goal, and something that has always frustrated me, has always been my arms/upper body. I don't like the 'bye-bye" flab. That's when you wave bye-bye, and the fat on your under arm jiggles. I don't like to wear dresses with small straps because I feel like a look like a linebacker. I think I just look 'big.' I really want to be able to wear cute dresses.
I've been doing more upper body strength training, and my arms look a little better, but not where I would like to be. As I explore spark people more, I am finding that the clavicle is a very popular bone, and I have now jumped on the clavicle band wagon. I too would like mine to be seen.
I have met with a personal trainer several times, but I think I'll buy 2 more sessions and have her really show me how to do more upper body.
