fell off the wagon again, figuratively.

It's been such a stressful few weeks with work and the baking business the house and my birthday that I just let myself go. I didnt gain weight but I did nothing to lose any either. I wasnt eating right, I didnt go to the gym. I didnt log into sparkpeople at all :( I just... failed myself.

So with a renewed sense of hope and an injured workout buddy almost back into workout condition I begin again :)

Yes! Perhaps, a lifestyle change is more like a cycle, there are ups and sometimes there are downs. I have been down on my change this week also, but what makes it worse is that last week I had TOM and DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THEN EITHER! I managed to lose 5 pounds, but who knows how much of that was water!?

I think you'll do better than you think, but I think I might gain weight this week! I seriously have to get back up!

This is all in the past. Die to the past every moment. You are here and now. You are a success. You are making your goal. You are not eating now. You eat the right amount of the right food at the right time in the right place. You are great!

Sometimes life DOES get in the way. The cool thing here is you've come back. This is a journey and you're ready to move on. I'm rooting for you!
