I'm on spark. I found a daily spark buddy. I'm still workin' it.
I am in a rut. I am not pushing myself. I am maintaining which is better than gaining. I need a new attitude!
I'm using food as my friend! YIKES!
Where do I start. What sucks is I know the answer, small. Start small. Drink water add vegetables. Keep going. Don't stop. I can do this. I'm jekyl and hyde right now with my food! I have one mind set and do another.
