These past few days I have been watching what I eat real well. This weekend was the first weekend in a long time that I didn't binge on junk food. Saturday I ran two miles, and rode my bike for an hour. Sunday I took a four mile hike with my bf in the woods. My parents wanted me to run and get them dairy queen I am so proud of myself for not ordering myself a blizzard. Instead I had a skinny cow low calorie cone treat. My pants already feel like they fit better. Today I am going to ride my bike run and go to my boot camp class tonight. I did however a small buritto after our hike because that was the only food available at my bf's house. I only eat enough to fill my hunger. I didn't feel guilty about it either. The main key is balance. Eat healthy food but you also have the right to enjoy not so healthy food in small doses. Most importantly keep active. If you are starving and all that is available is junk food eat it! Enjoy it! You are hungry and you deserve it.
