End Of The Year Goal

It's been a year full of ups and downs and I can't believe it's almost over, how fast time goes by.
I noticed last year I did 10,000 plus fitness minutes so my goal is to double that. In calculating that I should be able to do that by working out 43.87 minutes a day from now to Dec 31st. Sounds easy but I know how things come up especially during the holidays. Lucky for me just one bike ride can rack up approx. 160 but the point is to try and be consistent. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    sounds good to me.very feasable and if you miss a day you can do a couple of days for 60 minutes to make up.you can do this emoticon emoticon emoticon
