It's been a year full of ups and downs and I can't believe it's almost over, how fast time goes by.
I noticed last year I did 10,000 plus fitness minutes so my goal is to double that. In calculating that I should be able to do that by working out 43.87 minutes a day from now to Dec 31st. Sounds easy but I know how things come up especially during the holidays. Lucky for me just one bike ride can rack up approx. 160 but the point is to try and be consistent.
