Vlog - Personal Training for Me?!?!

Sorry it took a few days but I hope it's worth it. Please excuse my cold!

The bulk of the vlog is the first half, then it talks about workouts I did, then my plan :)

    Glad you had a great PT session. I wish I lived a bit closer to you aa I would totally do the group PT with you. I may join the YMCA in January. They offer group PT and some of my friends are members there. It'll give me the extra push next spring/summer.
    Good luck with the basement project.

    That sounds like a good idea to do together! I went to a group of like 8 people that was pretty cheap if your gym offers something like that...It was basically a sign up sheet in the locker room for whoever wanted to join.

    I HATE being sore, that is why I am a cardio girl and struggle with the ST! emoticon

    The key advantage of the personal trainer is that he can advise you for your particular situation. It is great that you found one that wanted to fit you in to a generic program.

    I'm so glad that your PT is such an awesome person and that you're having a great experience with him :-) I love the tips he gave you like sucking in your stomach while you sit. Thanks for sharing all this helpful info :-) And I'm glad Nicole wants to do this with you! Yay :-) I wish you the best of luck!!!

    Awesome! Isn't it great when you can get excited about exercise?
    It sounds like you've given yourself an amazing tool to help you on this journey. Building muscle is SO important. Muscle eats fat, so the more muscle you have the more you burn even while you're doing nothing!

    Now the key is to STICK WITH IT!

    Sounds like a really good trainer. I like when he said why sit at the gym when you sit all day at work so do the weights that you are standing. I would like a personal trainer but in my area they charge 65 an hour at the gym. Can't wait to see less of you, LOL
