Driving to Philadelphia today
Monday, November 14, 2011
Very short blog this morning. Ken and I are going to Philadelphia today as soon as we finish loading the car. Before we actually get on the turnpike, we have to stop and pick up medications (changed again) and I have to stop by the hospital and get blood work done so that the doctor will see if the medication change last week is causing the high potassium. My potassium level is one tenth of a point from being too high again as of last Monday's blood work. Hopefully the medication was the cause of it as I have been keeping my potassium intake below 1500 per day per doctors' instructions.
We will be able to visit with Den and Jo today/tomorrow as our trip to Philadelphia also includes Ken having a follow-up appointment at the Cancer Treatment Center of America after his mastectomy last year. Praying that the test show he is cancer free!
Have a terrific week filled with great memories you are making with your families and friends. May God bless you as He continues to bless me, my family and my friends.
