I know it is silly, but right now I need to go back I rewarding myself for small steps I the right direction. I could list a million excuses: Too busy, too tired, comfortable with previous weight loss, etc, etc, etc.
The reality is that I am about 25 lbs away from a healthy weight. I have been holding steady at 151-153 for months now. With the holidays approaching I gave a fear that I will gain all the weight I have lost ( I started at 166 lbs.).
In the past rewarding healthy steps (behaviors) has worked well for me. Obviously with my stand-still weight, rewarding weight list will just be disappointing. Actually writing this out keeps me accountable.
Starting today, I will record ALL of the food I eat each day until Saturday. On Saturdsy I will reward myself by using my gift card for a manicure & pedicure (from my birthday in September). If I do not record, I will not have the mani/pedi.
