I went to the gym today for my body assessment after which they will give me my personalised workout schedule. I'll be getting that on Wednesday. BUT I did do 40 minutes exercise in total! Woohoo! Later today I will go for a pilates class and then clock in tomorrow morning at 7:30 again for another session. This time I will go prepared with an audio book or music. Still trying to figure out what will be the best alternative music to workout to. So far, from what I have been reading online, it seems Terminal Choice and Funker Vogt are favourites. I'll throw in some Gothminister and the Liar remix by ASP as well. Nice and upbeat and I can actually listen to that. So here is to a lifetime of health, and an added bonus of weightloss and looking good in my wedding photos.
