Today is 6 months since joining Spark People. It has been a very good 6 months. It started on my mother's birthday. I had had enough of the weight yo-yo issues. I knew that a sensible approach and healthy eating was the only way to lose weight and keep it off. With SP I started tracking my food intake and realized that I needed to also measure what goes on my plate. I started to see the weight go down. Not only was I losing weight but I was losing inches. Exercise is still a challenge for me. I am doing more than I had before Sparks but not as much as I need to do and not on a regular basis.
My goals going forward is to increase exercise to 5 days a week each week.
Plan my days to include exercise in the morning.
Continue weight loss.
This weight loss journey has been more successful than I ever dreamed it could be, but I still have a ways to go and the harder work is ahead of me.
