I've been putting off exercising ever since school started despite noticing that I'm putting weight back on. I finally stopped saying that I'll start tomorrow & did it today. It felt really good to just do a quick 15 min workout while I was waiting for my dinner to cook. It felt really great, & I'm hoping that I can continue to take at least 15 min a day for my health. I've got 8 months till I graduate with my MA certification and I'm hoping that in that time I can be down to a size 8. I have a couple pairs of scrubs and I'm hoping that by the end of the program they will be too big. Now I've just gotta be consistent in my workout & truly dedicate myself to this goal.
