Day 11 Walk on treadmill for 45 mins
Day 12 Jog on treadmill 4mph for 35 mins, longest non race stretch yet plus walking for 45 mins
Day 13 Jog on treadmill 4mph for 4.5 min followed by mph for 0.5 min twice with 20 walking between WO and CD and my chiro strength training and 10 pushups
I am not pushing myself as hard as I can, I don't know if I am trying to build up slowly to prevent burn out, or if I am using that as an excuse because I am lazy.
