Week 5 progress

This weekend I actually didn't pig out! (A christmas miracle haha). I didn't exactly stick to my workout schedule either, I've started picking up more cardio and doing less weights so I need to get back into the lifting again! I just love running so much I get to the gym and just want to put my ear buds in and run and run and run.

Now that it's the last week of sports bra sparkies I'm going to try and do the 6W6P DVD EVERY DAY! Gotta go out with a bang! So here are week 5's photos:
