I was thinking recently about my inability to find time to do things I want to do. A prime example of this is reading books on health and wellness (both physical and emotional). I have so many books I want to read that I know will benefit me but I don't seem able to find the time to do it. There is always something more important, other books I need to review for publishers, and so on. Today I had a realization or perhaps more a RErealization that I won't find that time. I need to MAKE the time. So today I am moving forward with a new outlook. I will make time each day for me to visit the countless books I have that are of benefit to me and I will not use other commitments as an excuse not to do it.
The first books I am going to be reading are The Spark (bought this when it first came out and did read it but need to reread it as it has been so long), and also the Sparkpeople cookbook. I'm looking forward to educating myself more on all things healthy.
