It seems that losing a couple of inches here and there is just the incentive one needs to get moving! I have exercised every day this week and I feel great! My body feels great too apparently, because after five months and one week I got my period again! LOL! Hurray for me! :D LOL! That's okay, though... cuz I'm still exercising and hopefully still losing. My TOM is responsible for that pesky three pound weight gain I saw last week, but then again, maybe not.
Yesterday we took the kids to a conservation area to walk the trails for an hour... that was a lot of fun. We might do it again today at a different park. I'm trying for 40 minutes a day with the dog, 20 in the morning and 20 at night. She's 12 and getting bony, but she's still raring to go! :D I want to do the walk to run program as soon as the snow flies (at the indoor YMCA track) and I've picked up a Pilates class at the Y on Friday mornings.
My gym time might get interrupted shortly, though. I applied for a part time job at Sears.
