challange blog up date

my last blog was a challange blog.reckonizing what challanges me most on this journey and a plan of action to overcome the challanhges.here was my plan of action.

1.be honest with myself
2.before i put somethiong in my mouth as myself do i really want,need it?
3.if the answer is yes ask my self why,what reason for it?
4.be more aware of what why and where i eat(where is also important)
5.try distraction theraphy if nessacary.the house will be pleased to get more attention lol.
6.donīt bottle things up inside me ,blog about them if nessacary.
7.exercise more it always make you feel better.
8.be kinder on myself ,know that i am worth it.

i will go through each point seperately.

1.be honest with myself
to be honest this didnīt go as i expected,since this happened with my hand and face etc on holiday and since the hospital my exercise had consisted just of walking,swiming(while on holiday)and the occassional crunchies on the stability ball. so since end of julywas exercising but was more toned down than usual.since getting the laufband i now know how unfit i have gotten.trying to run on it at 9 km an houron it after a rew minutes i feel like my lungs are going to burst and have to lower it down,i mostly do 2-5km depending on time at 5-6km an hour which is a quick walk or slow jog.(been on everyday but one.)but you see how i deluded myself thinking i was fitter.

to be honest i very rarely did this as i kept forgetting but on the rare occasions i did it helped and 80% of the time i asked myself this qustion i didnīt eat it.

3.if the answer is yes ask my self why,what reason for it?
the reason i ate when i did when i thought about asking myself nr 2 was because of hunger.

4.be more aware of what why and where i eat(where is also important)
again conected to nr 2 and 3.

5.try distraction theraphy if nessacary.the house will be pleased to get more attention lol.
this i find i do alot automatically usually when i see what time it is i think no it is too early or no you only ate 40 mins ago(happens sometimes)i will either drink sonethink,clean my teeth,put handcreanm on ,wash the kitchen floor so i canīt go in the cupboard,etc,etc,which is probably why i didnīt do number 2 often as i work more on distraction,lol.house is cleaner this week than ever.did the windows ,doors fridge etc,etc,lol.

6.donīt bottle things up inside me ,blog about them if nessacary.
this one didnīt go too well as you can see by the lack of blogs lol.

7.exercise more it always make you feel better.
did the treadmill everyday but one,did 5 km on the bike every other day and did crunches on the stabilty ball the days i didnīt do the exercise bike.usual running around after the kids as well,lol.

8.be kinder on myself ,know that i am worth it.
this is another one i still have to work on lol.

so there is the update would give myself an B+ for exercise but over all maybe a C.could have been better but it is interesting to see what i still have to work on.
