This week's Inspire Challenge:
I missed last week's challenge, but I'm glad to report full points for this week. I'm even down 1/2 lb. Yeah!
Inspire Challenge: main Challenge this week, post a blog on your progress in the c25k or 100pushups personal challenge form several weeks ago. For the bonus, try meditation twice this week.
Well, hubby & I followed the 100 push up challenge for 4 weeks. Missed one workout & never got back to it. I did, however, incorporate pushups into my regular strength training routine. This evening I did 24 in a row. When we started the push up challenge I could only do 8, so that's a big improvement.
I also get the bonus points for mediation. At least once a day for the past week, I closed my eyes, cleared my mind and concentrated on my breathe. Very calming!
