I haven't tracked for a while and I've been eating like crap. But I've been in a semi-denial mode. So I ate whatever I wanted today, but I tracked it all. The number was shocking. Nearly 3000 calories, 150g of fat, and over 5500 mg of sodium. In addition I drank almost no water, and ate no fruits and veggies, and had over 400 calories in sweetened drinks. Who am I kidding??!!

    Ok so you made some mistakes, had some set backs...SO WHAT!!! We all have them the important thing is owning up and holding yourself accountable, which you have done by tracking. Now just try to do better tomorrow and stop beating yourself up over it. Remember YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
