I haven't tracked for a while and I've been eating like crap. But I've been in a semi-denial mode. So I ate whatever I wanted today, but I tracked it all. The number was shocking. Nearly 3000 calories, 150g of fat, and over 5500 mg of sodium. In addition I drank almost no water, and ate no fruits and veggies, and had over 400 calories in sweetened drinks. Who am I kidding??!!
