I decided to cheat and weigh in today to see if going out last night was going to mess up my weight loss. Well, it didn't. In fact, I've noticed that in the weeks I go over my points, I've lost more. (It could also have something to do with my monthly cycle, so I'm not changing anything just yet.) Anyway, according to my scale, I weigh 299.8. That's right: as of today, I'm under 300 pounds. I was so excited. I almost started crying. It just feels so good to know that all of your hard work and sweat is paying off on the scale. Hopefully I can get a bit more before the weigh-in tomorrow. For my BLC, I originally wanted to have lost 8 pounds by this week, and I'm still a bit behind (more on that tomorrow), so any additional poundage this week will help me catch up to that goal. Time for my last chance workout!
