November 12 update

Well this week went relatively well. I am working in some more water, but I know much more is needed. I am still dehydrated, I can feel it, yet it seems to be very difficult to drink enough water lately. Any suggestions on how to make this easier would be greatly appreciated.

Today is Stephen's birthday. We are having a little get together tonight and grilling fajitas and making margaritas. I'm going to stay away from the high calorie drinks and eat minimal if possible, don't want to weigh in tomorrow morning to see a gain again...just don't want to have a negative weekend. I have way too much negative self talk when the scale number goes up. I am working on this, but it's a slow process.

Stephen finally agreed to try some exercise. He seems interested in the beach body work outs. I think I am going to purchase him the p90x with my next paycheck and see if he actually tries it. His brother said he would do it with him so that they can get fit together. I'm going to see what other workouts they have, maybe they would have one I am interested in as well. I might have found a buddy in the Irving forums that will hit the gym up with me. :)

    I set a cut off time for coffee/tea consumption after that it's water only. If it's the plain water that in an issue try the Mio water flavorings, they are zero calorie and you can change the flavors. Good luck!

    I hope you have a great weekend! I don't have many suggestions about water except to always have it with you. I hope you have found a new workout partner if that's what you want. emoticon
