I was just thinking about how important it is to celebrate your accomplishments and thought that perhaps I should put down on "paper" how I want to reward myself when I reach certain goals. Too often I give myself a candy bar or a cookie or a pizza for losing a good amount of weight but I don't want to do that anymore. With that in mind I want to list things I will reward myself with and a weight that I'll give them to myself.
Weights and Rewards:
Wii + Wii FitPlus game. I'm gonna see if I can talk my bf into getting this for me since it's so expensive, otherwise, I'm gonna just bite the bullet and buy it for myself. I have a friend who has it and she would freak out when I got on the fitboard because the box said the maximum weight was 300 pounds and at 330 she was afraid I'd break it. I have been planning on getting this game and console for awhile because it looks like so much fun to play! I mean, who doesn't like playing while you exercise? Plus I looked up how many calories you burn during certain exercises on it and it's pretty good! I won't use it as my main fitness I don't think but I would love to use it on days when it's raining and I can't ride my bike or I don't feel like going outside!
Mani/Pedi-I've wanted a mani/pedi for SOOOO long but just don't want to spend the money on it!
