its time i started to get back on track.. i always seem to slip on birthdays and and other big occasions then find it hard to get back into my routine. I have been that bad that i am even to scared to weigh myself because i know the line will go up and not down.
So the plan is to get back on track and be very strict with myself for 3 weeks or so then weigh myself hopefully by then i will be less than before. If i weigh myself before and see how bad i have got i would prob comfort eat and that wont help so this is the best thing to do.
Fingers crossed for me guys. x
