Today was a nice day, off from work for the Holiday. Went out to dinner with Vince, we went to Applebee's (thanks Applebee's for honoring Veterans on this day) although it was tempting to order something besides a salad...woohoo I did good, I orderd the grilled chicken salad. I only had some water and an apple earlier today. I was "holding on to" my calories for this meal. We went about 4 pm ahead of the supper crowd. So I am basically writting this Blog to Congratulate and woo hoo myself for doing good and not falling off the path I'm on to loose this weight, one day, one meal, one step at a time. I haven't weighted yet, but I can feel and see a difference in my clothing and appearance. This month so far, has been good........not allowing food to be a comfort, when my emotions are up and down!!!! getting emotional eating in control. Wishing everyone a great Spark Weekend.

  Sounds like you are having a good month. Be sure to eat little bits regularly so that your metabolism does not drop. Hope you are having a good weekend.
