Wow almost a year since I last logged into this place....

Wow I have been so busy for the past year that I totally could not devote anytime to Spark People. So excited to log in and see so many of my Spark friends still here. I have been totally busy and hope to devote more time to Spark People. I recently graduated with my MBA and was currently excepted into a Doctorate program that I will begin January. I will be devoting the next three years of my life to school hoping to finish with a Ph.D in Interdisciplinary Studies.

I have been able to keep up with a healthy living and weight loss. Can't wait to stop by and check out the pages of my Spark People Buddies :)

    Hello, I am really impressed. I am proud of you for all that you have accomplished. I graduated from college the same year my son, Craig (civpro1), graduated from high school. He lost 182 lbs. to be able to get into the Army reserves (at 42) and spent one year in Afghanistan. He's an attorney in the St. Louis area. I'm very proud of him too.
