Oatmeal w/ a dollop of Fage Greek yogurt, blueberries, cinnamon and 1 tsp pure NY maple syrup.
SNACK (10:30 a.m.)
2 handfuls of nuts
LUNCH (2:15 p.m.)
I went to a funeral and stayed for the repass. This is the food served for family and friends...
Chicken leg; chicken wing (it's hiding under the leg, but it's there); mac and cheese; potato salad; green beans (which I didn't eat... they weren't good); garden salad w/dressing; a small piece of pound cake (not pictured); and 12 oz. can of regular Sprite (also not pictured)
DINNER (7:00 p.m.)
Mixed field greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon pepper and black pepper
WATER TOTALS: 3 cups
