New Job have to figure out new eating schedule

Well I started my new job last night and I feel like I have sweat off 10 pounds. I am a newspaper carrier and so you actually have to assemble the papers then rubber band or bag the papers....its a workout in itself.

But once I complete my first full week because you have different starting hours for each day of the week...I got to figure out what my eating schedule will be.

It's hard getting into your head to eat during the middle of the night when I've always eaten during the day before.

I will get there....and this past couple of weeks alot has been going on so I havent been online much...I do logon everyday and read a few things but thats been about it....I'll be back more soon, once I get a routine set

Getting into the habit of a new routine can be tough, but you'll get it together.

    You will get it down pat .... when I worked those awful shifts I would always make sure I ate my MAIN meal (most calories) right before I went to work .... then a light lunch at work and a light meal when I would get home .... the main thing is to eat the majority before you "sweat" ... that should help you lose if you only have light meals the rest of the day. Good luck ... I personally know how hard it is !! lots of night and midnight shifts in my past !! Roc
