THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE I SEE IS IN MY POSTURE.
Yes I see the weight loss and the progress.

I began my journey weighing 210 lbs and I can tell you in all honesty it was NOT a healthy weight for my 5'7 frame. I ONLY lost 20 lbs in the first 7 months of my journey, while breast feeding! I didnt understand then that the reason the movement on the scale had been so slow was because Id been building alot of muscle that I had lost from living a sedentary lifestyle.

It has taken 1 year from the first picture above to the second picture, 1 year to lose an additional 30 lbs! My journey hasnt been overnight, it hasnt been fast, and it hasn't ended yet.

Don't ever stop paying attention to your long term goal, but always keep in mind your short term goals. Take a moment to see yourself for where you have been, where you are, where you want to go next. and where you are determined to be 'someday'.

WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF.
Sabotage is a choice not an excuse. Example:

DH Breakfast

My Breakfast: My coffee used to contain over 400 calories. Bc of this Id skip an actual meal in the morning. I've researched those coffee calories down to 80 calories a mug and its still delicious!!!

When I stopped making excuses is when the weight really started to come off. Simple.
Its a hard truth, one you are either ready for or not.

I understand slow weight loss COMPLETELY! My body loves my fat cells and has a hard time letting go. I realize now that my food allergies probably have a lot to do with it (well that and my hypothyroid). You are doing great! All we can do is keep on keepin' on!

You look absolutely fantastic girl! I am so proud of you! My coffee was the same way in the beginning, and when I realized how much calories I was putting in it, OH MY GOODNESS!!! Well, you know, lol.
