I do not go to Gyms or do any organised exercise but I do my own work out plan at home always to music. It does help to move to diffent types of music.
One day this week I had Tom Jones sing to me in the bedroom, Then I wanted variety so I got James Last to join me. It was a bit of a squeeze to fit him and his orchestra in my small bedroom, but we managed. I did bends and stretches to his 1960s/70s music.
Another day it my be Johnny Cash or Art Garfuncle. It is almost always male voices. Though a firm favourite is the cast of West SideStory males and females, that is a tight fit but I can do a good dance to "I want to be in America"!
It is maybe as well no one can see me with my musical and fitness friends. I am grateful for their company and their talents! emoticon

    I know what you mean! I use fitness DVDs, and it sure can get crowded with all those people marching and jumping around in my living room with me.
