My teaching philosophy

Thursday, November 10, 2011

This is the digital philosophy that I had to create for my final assignment. Might be of interest, even just to giggle at my kiwi accent!

You did a great job on your teaching philosophy! I can see why you had a job offer even before graduation, I'd hire you! Awesome project, thanks for sharing it. Loved your accent!

Aw! You are adorable! I love your accent! This video made me even more self-conscious and worried than I already have been about how I teach my community education classes. I HATE my teaching style. I've hated it for a while, but lately am getting even more anxious and frustrated that I am just a total failure as a teacher. I talk WAY too much; I don't give students enough time to write and discuss and talk amongst themselves, I don't make them generate their own discussion and opinions and critique of each other's work...I want to be much more student-centered, and instead I feel like every single thing I do is AMY-centered. emoticon

I love this video. I am also a teacher and I have just written a personal education statement for grad school. My statement does even begin to compare to your work here. I hope it is okay if I borrow some ideas from you! I need you to be my teacher. Keep up the good work and students will love you. Good Luck with your career, you have mastered the challenge of teaching. emoticon

It is totally beside the point but I didn't expect your voice to sound like that at all!!
