Day 100

Counting down from 100 to 1 for 100 straight days of exercise! Wanna see what a difference I can make in my body in that amount of time. I should do measurements and weight too I guess. Will definitely post all that tomorrow before I get in my workout.

I also wanna see what a difference if makes in my diabetes! Gonna stay in my calorie range of 1600 calories.

Goals!
Lose 30 lbs
Get off my diabetes medication.
Learn to enjoy eating healthy
Not panic if I feel hungry
Get my body tighter and more lean
Be a good example for my kids
