Feeling like I am losing my spark :( Help!!!

I am starting to lose my spark. I need to pull myself out of this funk. Why is it that I can do really well for a week or two and then next thing I know I am back off track? I really want to reach my goals, but am losing the motivation to keep up the effort required to get there. Finding the time and energy to get workouts in has become close to impossible.

I am searching for suggestions on ways to keep my spark flame glowing. I am approximately half-way to my goal and need to find a way to keep pushing forward. 20+ pounds lost this year is a great accomplishment, but I need to find a way to keep pushing toward my goal.

PLEASE HELP!!!

    Try shaking things up. Try a new machine at the gym. Try a new healthy recipe. And if you can find somebody else to pair up with, that's ideal, like others suggested. I think the key is finding something you LIKE to do so that it becomes not a chore but something you look forward to.

    Been there several times...have no magic answer as I still sabotage myself....I lose 4 pounds one week and gain 2 the next week...it is so frustrating...perhaps you are doing too many things and feel pulled in several different directions....exercise can be a simple as stretching every hour or so or doing 25 to 50 march in place steps....if you work outside or even at home perhaps you have steps you could utilize...a couple of trips up and down the steps every so often during the day adds exercise without using a lot of time. Have you checked out the isometric exercises? These can be done sitting in a chair.

Congratulations on getting to the half way mark......that is so much better than I am doing...my head knows all the things to do and my heart backs up from doing them....

    Do you have a weight loss buddy?? Maybe if you had someone you were doing this with and could check in with when you are about to make a poor choice, it would help you.
