I am starting to lose my spark. I need to pull myself out of this funk. Why is it that I can do really well for a week or two and then next thing I know I am back off track? I really want to reach my goals, but am losing the motivation to keep up the effort required to get there. Finding the time and energy to get workouts in has become close to impossible.
I am searching for suggestions on ways to keep my spark flame glowing. I am approximately half-way to my goal and need to find a way to keep pushing forward. 20+ pounds lost this year is a great accomplishment, but I need to find a way to keep pushing toward my goal.
