Current Goal: 7-10 lbs of fat gone by December 21!!

definitely want to start losing some fat, instead of just putting on muscle. I've been doing Pilates and yoga for six months and I've lost about 6 inches total (waist, hips and thighs) but the scale has stayed the same, actually bobbing up and down between 171 to 174 lbs. My biggest issue is not what I eat, it's how little I move my body. Yesterday I walked the dog for 45 minutes and that felt great, so I'll do it again today. I'm also going to start the Couch to 5K program again. I need to move.. that is obvious.
So my goal is to lose 7-10 lbs by Christmas and not gain anything over the holidays. So by December 21 I want to weigh 164-167.
I CAN DO IT!
