I am totally loving gym. I am just wondering what I before gym. The trainers are so dedicated and patient. Noone has the I know it all attitude and I didnt get any rude stares from the super fit veterans there. That first impression gave me the resolve to join immediately .The consultant who spoke to me and sold me the membership siad she was once overweight and had lost 38 kg about 88 lbs and she had pics to prove it.Talk about true selling points.
Virgin Active really is up on delivering a super service. This is one model all public offices should take cognisance of.
I love knowing that when I do go to gym I treat it as a business appointment and I give 100% and aim to burn at least 400 kcal when Iget there so there is no excuse to slack off. I also go alone so I do not get distracted. I am also trying to improve my running as far as possible but for now I am sticking to interval sessions so as not to get too disppointed if I can not make the whole 10 min or so.
Running against time and in respect to seeing the actual calories being burnt is liberating and validates my resolve to ontinue on this winning streak. I also lost 2.3 kg the first week and my goal is to lose the greater part of 10kg to reach 90 kg or 200lbs. I have never really surpassed the 200 lbs mark and I find that I always fail at this point and get so demotivated.
I would now like to move past this failure and head for victory. My only regret is not going to gym sooner.
Thank you Virgin Active.
