These are my personal numbers.

Resting Heart Rate: 76

Age: 39

Target Heart Rate Results:
Your heart rate ranges (in beats per minute)

55%: 134 bpm

60%: 139 bpm 65%: 144 bpm

70%: 150 bpm 75%: 155 bpm

80%: 160 bpm 85%: 165 bpm
Goal # 1 - Keep heart rate between 60-65% during workouts

Goal # 2 - Not indulge in fast food

Goal # 3 - Train consistantly for my 1st 5K race in Dec.

Goal # 4 - To be active in my teams and challenges

Goal # 5 - Continue tracking my nutrition and fitness daily in my sp trackers to stay accountable

Goal # 6 - Post a motivational quote daily

My hope is that by keep true to my goals for this month I will be a happier and heathier individual.
