Getting back on track...

I started walking again on Sunday but I only did 25 minutes and I found that I really missed the sense of well-being that I get after exercising! I can't do the Pilates or Aerobics for 4-6 more weeks. So I will probably increase my walking minutes to as much as I can handle until then. I am just thankful that I am better now. I really disliked not being able to do anything.
