After fits and starts from October of 2010 to October of 2011, I have finally gotten with the program seriously. I bought the cookbook and the Spark book and the DVD. All three have really kept me motivated and I am seeing the results in measurements and scale. Happy Tuesday and good luck to all.

  Hi Holly Ann. I am starting today myself. I have about 15 lbs to lose. I'm currently in a foreign country (Rome) and finding it very hard in a land of pasta and more pasta! But I return to the states right before Christmas and need to get fit. I'm not a runner but an avid walker and cycler.
