1. workout every morning at least 20 minutes
2. drink 8 glasses water each day
3. plan out meals for next day, stick to plan

Current BMI:

Goal weight: 145
Goal BMI: 22.05 (a bit above half way on healthy BMI range)

Goal Date: 01/03/2012 (2 year anniversary of start of my weight loss journey)
