Well it is the end of week one. Today is supposed to be another rest day but I enjoy kettlebell training so I will be doing that. Hopefully my chest will come out okay to train that muscle group tomorrow.
My pants are already loser. Talk about a motivator~!
So my bad has been that I have been forgetting to eat veggies with my snacks. I get my veggies in with my BF, Lunch and Dinner but the morning and afternoon snack - totally forgot to eat veggies. And I even had them in the house!! OOPS!
So today I am armed with veggies too.
Breakfast - Egg Whites
I premade egg whites in muffin tins on Sunday, with veggies. This totally speeds up my morning routine. Two egg whites per muffin hole mixed with salt free seasoning and chopped spinach. Baked at 350 for about 20 minutes (I just watch them till they look done).
I eat two of these (4 egg whites) and also add one egg white to my morning oatmeal. You don't even notice it in there, trust me!
BF - 1/3 cup of oatmeal mixed with ground flax and one egg white, 2 egg white muffins
AM snack - 4 Jamie Easson chocolate protein bars with raw veggies
lunch - 4oz of chicken breast and 2oz of steak, 1/2cup brown rice, cucumbers & mushrooms
after kettlebell - protein shake mixed with yogurt for a quick sugar to get to my muscles. I want them healed for weight training again tomorrow
afternoon snack - 6 chicken meatballs with sauteed spinach & mushrooms
supper - probably a grilled chicken salad (tonight will be super rush rush so not sure but I know it will be easy and healthy)
Eat healthy today, Plan for tomorrow!
