My Journey to Health and Wholeness, Day 41, part 2

I think my bi-polar got the best of me today. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't nearly as energetic as last week.

I ate good though. For dinner I went to a Asian buffet, but I think I did pretty good. I concentrated on the foods I could eat, like fish, broccoli, chicken, green beans, choices like that. I did have a little chocolate ice cream.

Did not get my exercising in, and I feel really guilty. I enjoy exercising, and that's really what keeps me on track (I feel), so gotta get back into that tomorrow for sure.

I went to Costco with my husband, and got some healthy snacks. We walked around IKEA, so I will count that as exercise a little bit anyway.

Sometimes I think -- for me, anyway -- we look at our day and at the moment it may seem horrible, but when we sit back and reflect, we think "It wasn't that bad."
