Had a GREAT workout / nutrition week last week. Seems to be carrying over to this week. I switched up my routine a bit and got my bike and rollers set up. It was a nice diversion from the treadmill. I also got back into my Gymbox routines. Really, everything I need to get a great coached workout i can get in my living room via my Roku: Netflix has Crunch videos, Hulu has Giam Yoga, Gymbox has treadmill, bike, stretch, weight workouts and many more. Oh, and I can watch Sparkpeople's own Coach Nicole via the Youtube channel. Appreciating what I already have (instead of complaining about what I want and don't have) is a MUCH better path to a healthy me.
