Wow ! I missed the entire month of October !!! LOL, things are good except this horrible respritory cold I have had for 3 weeks, hence not writting much. I am excited that I have my surgery consult on 11/15. I have been doing pretty well with nutrition but have not worked out in a month , I have been so sick I just couldn't do it. I would start coughing like crazy, now that the coughing is decreased I am going to give it another try and will start my work outs again, I am going to the gym tonight. Hopefully I haven't gained a bunch of weight, I am sure I could be up a few pounds but then again I haven't been eating much . I just know I actually kind of miss working out, I need my routine back

    Steph, Do the best you can. Start back slowly with the exercise until you are certain that the coughing has stopped so that you do not relapse. When walking I used to wrap a scarf around my lower face so that I did not breath in the cold air which would start me coughing again.

Try to eat healthy as you want to learn new healthy habits and this is where we start. And if you did gain a pound or two so be it. Now you will get back on track. That is in the past and you are on journey to a new you so start again now and move foreward.
