Over look that. Just do you on your program. Don't do everyone else.
Do you! That's what matters at the end of the week. You and your weight loss. No one else- matter when it comes down to what you want to do for your body and yourself. YOU know your body.

    I love this video and would recommend it to others. We tend to not listen to your bodies and listen to the newest diet and expecting the outcome we are being told. It's not realistic. Eating habits take time and your body will speak to you and what will work or not work. I totally understand how you feel sluggish and sick after eating funk, or fast food. I'm the same way. I don't enjoy it like I use to. I think that's part of the growing process is your body eventually recommends the foods that make you perform better. Thanks for your video, I loved it! emoticon

EVERY thing u said is so exact, it's bang on! Brilliant!
I was trying to eat the 1200-1550 calories spark had "planned" for me, and all week i ate 1400-1800 and i still lost weight! i know my body, so i need to focus on what I know. Spark does some amazing things, but the one thing is, its a guideline, not a rule. KNOW YOUR BODY.
Good job on the video! Amazing!

    Thank you so much for putting this video out there. Sometimes it feels like no one ever goes through what I go through. I know there are many of us out there. WHy do we do that to ourselves? Question of the hour! Good luck in your journey and thank you again for being real.

    Great post lynn thanks for sharing. I used to be a chalupa junkie. I made a couple of bad food choices this week. What really hits home with this blog is . You must do what works for you. I really needed this! Alot of people have told me im getting too skinny or oh, i should slow down. I listened once and maintained my weight for a year. Now i have to live out my dreams of obtaining my body. Its awesome to hear some one is going through or , have gone through the same thing. Bcuz it lets me know that im not alone in this. The question that you have asked in your video.


Why does everyone feel like if you are on a strict regimine, you have a disorder. . When it comes to that ive been criticized alot when I was bigger, and criticized now that im smaller. I think that there are too many people worry about what everyone else is doing, and not enough of what they are doing in their own lives. Recently I learned not to include everyone in my journey or update them. If they ask I will talk to them. Like I lost a pound but didnt tell everyone becuz i would get the eye brow raised and the stink face from some people. Som3 p3ople are not going to be as happy as we are when we completes a goal. This blog is really motivating. Woo hoo lets keep doing us and, the things that works for us ;-D Much love to your journey chica . Have a great day!

  Lynn, great video. I totally agree with what you have stated in your video.. DO You.. I was an Vegetarian about 7 years ago, I was doing just fine, but everyone told me.. You look sick your not getting all you nutrients and so on... So I gave in and not i am back up 50 pounds from the 100 pounds I lose being a Vegetarian.. I had return to being a Vegetarian, because of being Diabetes, Reflux, Gout, HB, and much more. I had to change back to what was helping me and I enjoyed it.. I am back on track and Doing Me.. Love to hear I'm okay with Doing Me.. emoticon emoticon
