Well I finished all the workouts in week one. A little sore I have felt worse. Last night I did a quick workout also that is not in the program as I teach an outdoor fitness class. Usually I just do timings and yell out the moves, demonstrate when needed. Last night I tried to do as many of the exercises as I had time for.
I also enjoy kettlebell so I will be finishing out week one with a kettlebell workout tomorrow. Week 2 starts Wednesday
I had an extremely healthy weekend. I stayed right on track. Snacked on about 10 candy corn and that was it. I got all my protein in but probably not enough water yesterday.
Feeling great as I already am down 2.2 pounds since starting! Woot Woot
