Today's Goal: Track all food eaten, Get 15 minutes of cardio and do 100 crunches!

Let's make it happen!


Food has been tracked, but that's as far as I got today and I definitely didn't eat the best. Going to get my crunches in before bed. Guess I will have to make an extra effort tomorrow, on the cardio. Goals not completely met today, but tomorrow is a new day with a fresh start.
